Wee Wisdom is a very special place where children can be children and adults can feel secure leaving their little people in our loving, attentive care. We provide a range of services and a variety of fun activities to keep your child comfortable and happy while you're away.
- 1-year-olds – having a good time while learning 10 major skill areas
- 2-year-olds – "Peabody Early Experience Kit" by American Guidance Services
- Promotes affective (emotional and social), cognitive (thinking, reasoning and remembering) and linguistic (2,500 receptive and 1,250 expressive words) development
- 3-year-olds – "Let's Begin with the Letter People"
- Builds oral language, vocabulary, phonological awareness, letter identification and print awareness
- 4-year-olds – "Land of the Letter People"
- Combines phonemic awareness, the alphabetic principle, and predictable and decodable text with literature-based learning
- Kindergarten – "Beginning to Read, Write and Listen" (children can start kindergarten at age 4)
- Read and spell over 500 words, count and write to 1,000, first-grade math, science and Spanish
- First grade – Lippincott's no-nonsense approach to skill building
- The student becomes confident and motivated
All courses meet "No Child Left Behind" requirements. We treat every child who comes to visit with us like one of our own, and the little ones flourish in our understanding, encouraging environment.
